"Navigating Nappies as a New Mom"
As a soon-to-be first-time mom, the entire diaper scenario felt like a total maze, but this fantastic crew helped me understand what I required and how to switch to 'reusable'. I started with a tiny order (didn't wanna freak myself out with a ton of 'stuff' showing up!) but I'm definitely gonna keep adding to my collection! They were quick to sort out a packing hiccup and super easy to work with. Top-notch service, folks!

"Awesome Service"
Filling out the questionnaire and getting their suggestions was super simple. We snagged our diapers with their holiday discount, which made them more affordable than we thought. The prices stack up well against the actual brands, but you get that added personal touch. One of the diapers we got had a faulty popper. A quick email to the nappy lady and she sent a replacement right away.

I'm really pleased with the washable wipes. They showed up in 9 days via Royal Mail's 2nd class tracked service. I appreciated that the Nappy Lady gave a heads-up that it might take as long as 21 days with this option, thanks to the Royal Mail strikes, so I could choose my delivery method wisely.
